General
ChatTijd.nl is a service of AriaCalda. The following agreement applies between the registrant and ChatTijd.nl. By completing the registration procedure and entering your details, you agree to our terms, disclaimer and rules. We grant you access to the site under your personal title. This agreement is therefore not transferable to third parties, and a user may only have one personal title.
Ownership rights
The intellectual property rights to all texts, images, sounds and software on this site are reserved to ChatTijd.nl. By storing texts, images or other software of users, these users transfer the intellectual property right to ChatTijd.nl. AriaCalda is free to use texts and/or images of users for promotional purposes, even outside ChatTijd.nl, possibly also for offline publications.
Commerce
The content of this site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior permission from ChatTijd.nl.
Newsletter
The newsletter contains both the latest developments of ChatTijd.nl and commercial messages. If you have not unchecked that you do not want to receive the newsletter, you have also given permission to receive commercial messages.
Personal data
ChatTijd.nl records your personal data, such as name and place of residence, in its database. This is to inform you in the future about subscriptions, special offers etc. You can adjust your details when a change occurs in your situation. ChatTijd.nl reserves the right to combine your registered data with other data we have obtained from you, so we can better tailor our services to your wishes. We will treat your mail, payment details and contacts between you and other members confidentially and never disclose them to others. However, we reserve the right to read all communication conducted by you in the event of complaints. Based on well-founded complaints, we have the right to take appropriate measures, ranging from a warning to blocking your profile. ChatTijd.nl will never disclose personal data, such as email addresses and any phone numbers, to other members (other than our payment partner(s)). ChatTijd.nl may however use your data to conduct research aimed at improving the service. ChatTijd.nl is only required to disclose data of third parties upon receipt of a request from the Public Prosecutor. Any other request for information will not be processed by ChatTijd.nl.
Privacy
We advise against sending personal details, especially your phone number, in the chatbox. If you still want to exchange personal details with someone, do so privately so that not the entire chatbox can see it. ChatTijd.nl reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. All changes will be published on this page.
Applicable law
With regard to disputes arising in connection with this agreement, only the District Court of Rotterdam has jurisdiction, or otherwise if both parties agree to it. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
